One of the new interactive bulletin boards in the halls of PIHS features a Spotify playlist made up of songs students recommended.

For years some PIHS bulletin boards have not been changed, giving the halls a faded or abandoned look, but they have just started to get a makeover.

The bulletin board next to the lower gym has given more color to our halls and even has the ability to let students interact with favorite athlete nominations.

In freshman hall there is a Spotify bulletin that allows students to put some of their favorite songs on it, and now there is a playlist of most of them that students can to by capturing the QR code.

More and more bulletin boards are being decorated, and it’s about time. The old bulletin boards made our halls look boring. Now some of them have changed by giving students places to interact or even grab pamphlets to get a job.

“Honestly, it’s kind of cool because it gives me something to look at when I’m walking in the hallway, and I think there should be more interactive ones because it gives you something to do,” Jaicey McFadden ’26 said.
