Jenson Sargent ’24 sends a ball flying on Monday, October 23 in their prelim game against Oceanside. The Wildcats lost in Oceanside 2-1.

On Monday, October 23, the Wildcats traveled to Oceanside for the Class B prelim game. The Wildcats were in 9th place going into the game against Oceanside, the 8th seed. Despite their hopes for the season, they weren’t able to win the game, losing 2-1.

For all seniors this was their last game playing as a Wildcat soccer player. “It feels like freshman year was a couple of days ago,” Evan Chapman ’24 said. “It’s super shocking that the season is over,” Chapman said. “But I’ve learned a lot about leadership along the way,” Chapman said.
