Pose for the picture. Mia Arcott ’26 was full of smiles as she traveled the halls during the November 15 dress up day. “I had to take my grandpa’s flannel because I don’t even have one,” Arcott said.

On Wednesday, November 15, the student council sponsored a Flannel Day dress up day that counted towards Winter Carnival points. “I think dress up days are an effective Winter Carnival event,” Mia Arcott ’26 said.

There are more dress up days to come: BBQ Dad & Soccer Mom on December 5, Barbie & Ken on December 7, Pajama Day on December 20, and finally Ugly Sweater Day on December 21.

The current standings for Winter Carnival are as follows:

Freshmen in 1st place with 200 points

Juniors in 2nd place with 155 points

Seniors in 3rd place with 90 points

Sophomores  in last place with 85 points.
